For the redesign of this successful customer service portal site, I created warm visuals, a friendly color palette, custom filters and image manipulation to give the site consistency and a personal touch. 

 

Based on customer success stories, the site contained a strong human factor and a simplified interface to reach customers in a clear, inviting way.

In order for the desktop interface to translate nicely to mobile, things had to be simplified. After user testing and extensive wireframe iterations, a clean, approachable mobile version was designed.
